051 Plunkett's Cottages, off Sandwith Street
This photograph is one of those taken by W.J. Joyce in 1913 to illustrate the dreadful living conditions in Dublin. Yet another series of tiny, dark and unsanitary cottages, in this case owned by the Plunkett family. Plunkett’s Cottages are not listed in the 1911 census but Plunkett’s Court is.
